Roger Grigg is the president and managing partner of Leonard, Grigg & Associates. He formed the company in 1990 with Donald D. Leonard.

He also is the president of Ocean Resorts NMB, Inc., a company that specializes in the rental management of oceanfront condominiums in the North Myrtle Beach area.

Grigg has been with Leonard, Call & Associates and Leonard, Grigg & Associates, LLC for since 1973. He has extensive experience in residential community development and has had broad experience over the past 35 years as the sales, project manager and managing partner for more than 40 condominium and single-family communities, with more than 4,000 sold units.

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in accounting. He also is a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and has completed courses in Real Estate Appraising from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

He served with the Americal Division of the U.S. Army in Vietnam as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant (E-6) and was awarded three bronze stars and a purple heart.

Grigg is a member of the Grand Strand Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a past president and past treasurer of the Grand Strand Sertoma Club, board member and secretary of the Dunes Golf and Beach Club, and member of the First Presbyterian Church.

He is married to Kimberly Grigg and the father of six children.
