Management of onsite rentals was sold to Beach Vacations, LLC. in 2011
2005
Doing business as Savannah Shores Development, LGA developed Savannah Shores, a 190-unit condominium complex in Myrtle Beach. Sales volume totaled $39.7 million.
2005
LGA, with Waccamaw Land and Timber, serves as sales and marketing agents and managing partners of Town Centre, a 307-acre, mixed used development in Carolina Forest.
2005
LGA developed 160 oceanfront and oceanview condominium units at Mar Vista Grande in North Myrtle Beach. Sales totaling $92.8 million were made between December 2006 and March 2008. LGA continues to operate onsite rentals.
2003
LGA also land banked the property for Centex Homes for the development of BelleGrove in Carolina Forest. Centex sold 300 lots for homes.
2003
LGA, doing business as Linksbrook Land Holding Co., LLC., land banked the property for Centex Homes, which sold 300 homes in Linksbrook in Murrells Inlet.
1999
LGA, doing business as Club Colony Development Co., Inc. sold 15 estate lots at Club Colony Estates, which is in the Pine Lakes community of Myrtle Beach.
1998
LGA, doing business as Sandpiper Bay Land Co., Inc. developed 70 lots in Sandpiper Bay, a subdivision surrounding Sandpiper Bay Golf Course. Those lots and other tracts were sold to Centex Homes.
1994
LGA and partner Lee Guy purchased 200 acres and built Traditions Golf Club with architect Ron Garl. The course is still owned and operated by Willbrook Links Investment Group, LLC, of which LGA is a partner.
1994
LGA, doing business as Blackmoor Land Development Co., Inc. developed 370 lots for sale to individuals and to Centex Homes.
1990
Doing business as Indigo Creek Resort Development Co., Inc., LGA developed lots around the existing Indigo Creek Golf Course. The lots were sold to individuals and to Centex Homes. LGA was the sales and market agent for Centex Homes.
1985
LGA became the sales, marketing and development consulting firm for Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, a role that continues today.
1982
LGA became the sales, marketing and development consulting firm for Ocean Creek Resort in North Myrtle Beach, a role that continues today.
